How about the often forgotten Electric Light Orchestra?

From 1975-77

Face The Music
A New World Record
Out Of The Blue

Not to mention 1974’s Eldorado and 1978’s Discovery both very solid as well... ELO isn’t a glamorous pick and doesn’t hold up to Zeppelin, Sabbath, Beatles, etc. but if you’ve listened to those ELO albums there is a lot of quality nearly every song could be standout.

I know it's just two years ('67-'68 ), but I think Jimi deserves a mention. In that space he put out three seminal albums, including a double. During that time he also recorded a good deal of quality music which was released posthumously.

Hate to break it to you bud but that’s five years. The first record there was 1969 and the last is from 1974.

I'm not familiar with the first one, but the other three are grade A classics. Personally, Catch Bull at Four is my favorite.
