Yeah, he kinda looks like Jimmy Fallon if Jimmy Fallon was left under the Brooklyn Bridge for 6 months.

Digging this! Totally would have overlooked this as I had no idea this was an Aesop side project.

Nick Cave said he has a new album that's almost done. Not confirmed for 2019, but we can hope. Really excited to hear where he goes next, Skeleton Tree was my favorite album of his. _________________ And it's hard to be a human being. And it's harder as anything else.

Awesome, glad to hear Wouldn't be surprised at a September-October drop.
On the other side of the musical spectrum, Ariana Grande has another album out next month. Refreshing to see a mainstream pop act not do the typical album every 2-3 years sorta thing.
And Vampire Weekend have a 60-ish minute project out probably sometime in April, teaser tracks soon.

How do you all keep up with new releases? How do you stay in the loop of upcoming albums week by week? Is it genre specific? Label oriented? Forums? _________________ Jeff Lynne 5th Beatle

I use https://www.albumoftheyear.org/releases/this-week/ their site will be updated every Thursday night with the new music of the week. It's easy to navigate, and they generally have a good mix of major releases and stuff that I've never heard of.
I also go to https://www.discogs.com/search/?q=&type=all and I heavily filter the album selections down through the options on the sidebar.
To a lesser extent I use bandcamp if I'm having a hard time finding anything.

I check Allmusic reviews every Friday. Most musicians I’m into I follow on Instagram, and so I’m aware when something new is coming out. Apple Music suggests a bunch of new releases I might be into, based on everything in my library. I try to give things that rate highly here a listen.
