Very good indeed! And oh the memories with that Zero7 sample on track 3. Better than the original tbh, even if that particular track is not the best on the LP by far. Thanks for the rec.

For modern blues fans, Water Trout whips some killer string bends through a carefully set of a dozen covers. While the songs are all covers, they're rather obscure, so they're gonna' sound fresh, especially given Walter's take. And while they're obscure, they're certainly not second tier songs. A great collection, well delivered.

Asheville you say? I guess as a Charlotte native I'll have to give this a listen. Since I've moved to Florida one of the things I miss most is being driving distance from Asheville and the rest of the Blue Ridge Parkway towns.

2nd album from Astronoid, a unique group from mu old stomping grounds of Lowell, Massachusetts. They combine elements of black metal, shoegaze, pink, and dream pop into a very cool concoction.
