Bonus tracks on an album

I have a question on whether to include bonus tracks on an album. Usually, they seem to always be left off of this site because it's supposed to be the original release, not the deluxe edition release. However, with the new album, III, by The Lumineers, they don't have 2 versions of the album. Nowhere is there a deluxe edition of the album. It's always just the regular version.

I noticed a similiar question where albummaster replied, "The policy here is that we just use the track-listing from the original version of the album, excluding bonus tracks."

However the "bonus tracks" are on the original version in this case. Every single release has 13 tracks, with the last 3 tracks each labeled (Bonus Track). I couldn't find a single version of the album available with only 10 songs. So that does mean we include all 13 songs, because that's how it was originally released? The album came out yesterday, Sept 13, and it was always only available with 13 songs. This definitely seems like a rare thing. I don't know if I've ever noticed this happen before.

It's not as rare as you'd think, and is fairly common in hip-hop mixtapes. As far as I know, BEA policy has long been that regardless of whether there is a version without them, tracks labeled as bonus aren't included. Makes sense to me, as the artist did not intend them to be considered as part of the main track list.

Ok, that was my guess. When I uploaded the album I just put the 10 tracks.
