This is inspired by the "Before and After" puzzles on the American "Wheel of Fortune" game show.

Two phrases are combined into a single phrase by connecting them with a word that was the last word of the first phrase and the first word of the second phrase.

By combining song titles in this way, we come up with some amusing phrases.

I will try to stick with well known songs (if necessary, additional clues will be given.

Sample:

Al Stewart had a hit called Year of the Cat
Ted Nugent's biggest song is Cat Scratch Fever

So the clue is Clue "Al Stewart -> Ted Nugent."
and the answer is "Year of the Cat Scratch Fever."

Cool.

I actually had another one in mind that ends up having a funnier result.

Connecting word is "party,"

This combo probably has several possibilities since both bands have dozens of songs, but there's one in particular I thought of.

The Beatles -> Duran Duran
