Both good but I voted for Courtney as I think she's cooler.

Yeah to be honest not too excited with either track, both seem to be trepidly holding the 90s up at gunpoint but are easy to just push aside. Flipped a horseshoe and I guess went with Car Seat Headrest, even though I grew up in the city Razz

It's actually a harder choice that I would have thought. Courtney gets my vote because I think the Car Seat Headrest song could have been shorter.

Do people feel that songs this long are cumbersome and affect their voting? If so I should replace one of the songs I nominated or we'll be having this conversation again before long (though at 11 minutes mine is shorted than this CSH song).

I don't agree with this, I don't mind long tracks, this is simply not the kind of music I'm usually drawn to. It's a harmless song just whatever I do things far more pointless with my time.

Such length doesn't affect my voting. But it does feel a little incongruous with the spirit of having this tournament in addition to an album tournament.

I could've nominated something off Pillars and had y'all listening to a 77 minute track, so no this song length is fine I hope no one's putting off listening just because of the length

I see where you're coming from, but a 10+ minute track isn't always representative of the album it's on, and listening to the full album can still have added value. I guess I can't speak to whether that's the case for CSH since I haven't heard the full album.

I'll keep my nomination then, it's one of my favorite 20 or so songs ever so it would have felt weird not nominating it haha.

Neither of these would have been my track picks from their albums tbh.
