Pls could we all consider the version below as the Primal Scream entry. The one at the top I think is the 1995 version. This is the (considerably better) original Memphis version released for the first time last year. Hope you enjoy!
The Amber Mark track isn't a million miles from some of the NuYorican Soul stuff. It's OK and rather likeable. I'd put it on whilst driving down the A27 between Chichester and Brighton on a sunny day.

Otherwise you are just voting on some random track from the mid 90s Also, they passed on the track to a big name producer back in the day in a questionable bid to make it sound more commercial. This gave it a very 90s radio friendly sound. Whereas the original recording has a classic 70s muscle Shoals sound (they recorded it with the same people who worked with the Stones, Aretha, Percy Sledge etc.
