Always thought of Mike Leigh as a Ted Cruz mini-me, but when it comes to Congress' war powers, he actually has some integrity -- too bad it doesn't transfer to him giving a crap about Congress' oversight role and power to check the executive branch.
Rand Paul has always always been against any military action -- ironically the main reason he kisses up to Trump so much is he likes Trump's isolationist ideology.
