I wasn't able to watch the game, but god damn it I am so happy. There were way too many garbage "it doesn't matter if Bam/Dragić are injured, it's a sweep either way".. takes on the internet. I fucking love Jimmy.
I still don't think Heat can win another one without either Bam or Dragić (it seems like even if they play, they won't be near 100%), but at least it puts a little life in this series.
Pretty anticlimactic finish, but it's a miracle they made it this far after what happened in game 1. Based on what I've seen, I'm convinced this would be 7 game series with everybody healthy. Ultimately AD was just too much for Bam (especially with his injury), and Jimmy just ran out of gas it seems like. And the Lakers defense limited Robinson/Herro & Miami's 3pt shooting very well throughout the series. Still a fantastic effort from Miami.
It's still incredible to me how Heat managed to get to Game 6 with Dragić almost completely out, and Bam missing 2/3 of the series and playing at like 70% the rest. I thought this was just as inevitable as the 2018 finals after that Game 1. _________________ Finally updated the overall chart
