I think that's the first list I've seen with Buckethead entries!

While I live DSOTM and WYWH, it's way cool seeing Animals as the top Pink Floyd entry.

And I love Mirage showing up. Such a great album.

Although I will confess I personally actively detest some artists on this list – Big Country, most Peter Gabriel, White Stripes, Smashing Pumpkins, Nirvana – this is an interesting list in many ways.

It’s combination of genres and eras is very different from anything else I have seen in what is now half a year browsing this site. Camel may not be that unusual, but seeing that band in chart substantially comprised of post-1970s alternative rock is in no way something I expected. Saint Etienne is a rarer artist about whom I know essentially nothing, but are still surprising.
