I am not a fan of hip hop but I enjoy the album, both lyrically and musically, and can understand why it is so highly rated.

My top tracks: The blacker the berry, Mortal man

One of my favorite hip hop albums. I don’t listen to a lot of hip hop, and tend to prefer old school stuff. However I heard an interview with Kamasi Washington who talked about how the album was made. I was intrigued, so gave it a spin and it was fantastic!!
