Log in issues

In case some of you are not aware, multiple users have been experiencing issues with regular logouts over the past weeks. Various tweaks have been tried in the background to try and fix this, but some users are still experiencing issues. To try and resolve this for good, BEA has now pushed out a new login cookie which replaces the previous one your browser was using (your browser will pick the new one up automatically when you next log in). Unfortunately, in the meantime, this will result in logged-in users being logged out. Once you are logged in again, you should remain logged in with the new cookie (don't forget to check 'remember' if you want to remained logged in - but obviously only do this on a device that you are not sharing with others). BEA is working very hard to isolate and fix the problem. Apologies for the ongoing inconvenience and truly hoping that the issue is finally fixed.

I'd also like to say thanks to those users that have already completed the 2019 user survey. There's been some great ideas so far as well as some useful feedback on the existing site and there'll be a detailed response once all responses have been collected. There's still plenty of time to put your own views across and you don't need to be a registered user to do this (survey closes on 31st December).
