Just such different tracks. Hard to compare. Personally I really like both. Women for thoughtful, beautiful, stunning & magical indie and Yuck's for fun let's throw a party & get fucked up while we roll on the grass & be idiots. Both are really good.
Going with Women but that Yuck track is definitely a lot of fun to rock out to.
I really like that Yuck album, and this song is nice, but I'd pick Rubber, Operation, Get Away, The Wall... and possibly a couple more over this song. I said in the 2000s tournament that Women made two of my favourite songs in their respective decades. Shaking Hand was one, Eyesore is the other one. A stunning climax to a fantastic album.
I'm a big fan of that Yuck album. I know it's nothing new, but I think it combines a bunch of different influences well and has some really well written songs. Hard to pick a favorite from it really. I like the sound of the Women song but Holing Out draws me in more, so I'm voting for that. _________________ And it's hard to be a human being. And it's harder as anything else.
