I actually prefer Sleaford Mods when they go a bit more impressionistic and non-sequiturial, just fucking around with words for the sheer exhilarating fun of it, but this song is still better than that LCD Soundsystem song, which would be irritating were it half the length it is, and which is somehow gonna win this whole tournament regardless. _________________ 2021 in full effect. If we're going with relatively popular, massive 2010s electronic tracks I woud've prefered "Odessa" or "You" (shocked no-one nominated the former), the song is indeed quite nice but not quite as grand or multi-threaded as it's almost-10-minute running time would indicate. Sleaford Mods track is quite good but nothing extroardinary and doesn't quite mess with ya enough like their best stuff. Might have to flip a coin here.
