A masterclass in both beat-making (hazy, swirling, subtly psychedelic; still hard as bricks) and rapping (the flows, which recall Pac and Bone Thugs in equal measure, are dextrous, nimble, and yet utterly legible... I can't even imagine what a better song might sound like.
As if this couldn't go any more off, I'm only just realising that basically every other line in the main verse ends with a play on "212"; a la "Imma do one too", "fuck you gone do", "in my two one deuce", "come to 1 2", "you know you were too once", "bout to blew up too".

I think I prefer both the songs in the other match up to either of these (which are still great of course). Going with Thuggin, maybe just because it's been a favorite for longer. _________________ And it's hard to be a human being. And it's harder as anything else.
Thuggin easily. Like I said, it's not my favourite from Pinata but it's the most acclaimed song off of one of the best rap albums of the decade. Worthy of the big final. _________________ Finally updated the overall chart
Thuggin' by a ton. Carissa woulda been a tougher match-up for me (although I'd still go Thuggin') but Azealia Banks is easily the "odd man out" at this point. _________________ Griselda, by Fashion Rebels 2020's Hip-Hop 2020's Country
