Igor
There's probably only three albums in this tournament that I'd vote over my nom, and Igor's one of them (keeping in mind I still have to listen to about seven...). It's an excellent work, and I'm sure Tyler's proud to have made it.
Being said, I'm hoping everyone gives Sarathy Korwar's album a spin, it's on Bandcamp and pretty easy to find. This is just a shame for a first round...

Tyler, The Creator has made increasingly ambitious and inventive albums that are quite musically and conceptually impressive. Igor is the latest pinnacle of his move in a more "arty" direction. But is it a classic album like the internet consensus seems to indicate? While Igor has some amazing and at times transcendent moments, I don't quite consider it to be a great album track-for-track. Otherwise strong songs are marred by things like a corny lyric here, a poor sample choice there, off-putting vocals, or a bit of instrumentation that doesn't quite work. Considering how many ideas he's thrown into this, it's not surprising that not everything sticks. And I also suspect that there might be something here I haven't fully grasped yet. While it may strike me as overrated at present, it's still a very good album.
As for More Arriving, I am glad to have heard it. Very good jazz that seamlessly incorporates influences from Hindustani classical music. City Of Words is especially transfixing. However, the poetry and hip-hop elements were the weak link in my opinion. Some were good, but the quality of the MCs was just not very consistent.
Vote to Igor. _________________ Add me on RYM

First listen to the Sarathy Korwar album and I was quite impressed. Bol was an amazing song. Incredibly powerful. The album lands immediately above Igor in my rankings for now, so a very close call but gets my vote.

Igor is easily Tyler, The Creator's greatest album for me, it still was no where near as interesting to me as Sarathy Korwar's.
(Full disclosure, Igor is Tyler, The Creator's only album I considered good at first listen, which I'm sure is blasphemy to many of you).

Sorry, I don't take requests for vote changing. Not because I don't trust you, but because that precedent would create opportunities for manipulation in the future. Maybe albummaster has the ability to actually erase your vote, idk. _________________ Add me on RYM

I was halfkidding, don't worry. Just regret my vote. I didn't think Korwar had this much of a chance. Love seeing it so close though.
If AM can do it, please do
