jesus christ naples, please stop, those aren't the best songs, you obviously haven't ever listened to it. _________________ "I would expect something wrong with the poll if the chart favorite was not the poll winner" - naples 12-8-11

In my opinion the best songs are the ones naples picked, but sub Sheriff for Redemption Song.

I'm spotting a pattern in these album of the day threads...
I have the vinyl of this at home but it's been a while since I last listened to it. I rarely listened to the B side anyway... No Woman No Cry was always my favourite song of his. And I'm not sure right now, but the version on this LP is a bit different, right? Cause IIRC I liked it more than any other version I've heard.

Awesome album, and I would have probably included it in my chart, but since Bob Marley did release some excellent studio albums, I felt that it would be no use to include it then. Great album, still, and there are many great songs on it, as I would've expected, anyway.
And what is the pattern, 19loveless91?

I feel that compilations shouldn't be considered as albums. Otherwise all our charts would be a list of the greatest hits CD's from our favorite bands. Rolling Stone even revised their top 500 to remove the compilations.

sorta agree - not that they shouldn't be considered as albums, but that they shouldn't be in the best albums lists (most of them at least... there can be exceptions)

Disagree completely
