The only relevant comment here Mr. Green

Jk, this is a bit underrated if you ask me, easily better than Vs and their second best album. Yes it has some quite bad filler songs but the good songs here are oh so good, probably the only other time they had 3-4 songs on the level of Ten, Nothingman being the best and quite easily their best post Ten song.

Yeah, funnily enough Bugs is the song that always stuck in my head from this one. As a teenager though it was too weird to even process. Nobody really talked about this track, but we all knew it was there.

To be fair though, Nothingman is better song than Bugs! For some heavy rockers, Pearl Jam certainly knew how to cut a great ballad or two.

I like Vitalogy a lot. But I always thought the quality went downward (just a tad) from Ten, then Vs., and then Vitalogy. Definitely their three best albums, and excellent all three were. Everything else was beneath these three. "Nothingman," "Spin the Black Circle", and "Better Man" are great songs. "Hey Foxymophandlemama, That's Me" was out there. About child abuse or something, I don't know. One you'd easily skip over during a party.
