It would be easy to dismiss this one, especially given the more synth based music. But I find this to be a fantastic Maiden album. Unique in their ouevre but still definitively maiden. Some songs are very thought provoking and some just rock, but all are killer as far as I'm concerned. This is every bit worthy of being part of the 'big 5' Maiden albums that started with Number of the Beast and end here.

My favourite Maiden album, based on the fact that every song is a banger, there are 0 fillers and the highlights are as good as on any other Maiden record. _________________ Finally updated the overall chart

This was their last great album. Adrian temporarily left Maiden after this. The 90's weren't a good decade w/ both Adrian & Bruce perusing other interests. Thankfully they got back on track in 2000. Up The Irons!
