I know people will object to this characterization, but to me, this is the ultimate "points for originality" album.
I don't disagree with the ranking, but it strikes me as very difficult for someone to listen to this entire album all the way through in one sitting — I did it once, and I don't think I'll ever do it again.

This is very interesting to me. I have sort of the opposite view, insofar as I think this works best as a holistic experience.
At first, this thing is disorienting and overwhelming, but the more you sit with it, the easier it goes down. Definitely a grower, but man, once this thing clicks, it's all you think about. I've been thinking a lot about this one lately. Maybe time to revisit it.
Once you get used to the sound, this is actually a pretty listenable album. It's the blues deconstructed, really. I have a great time with it. Fast and bulbous! _________________ Top 40 Greatest Music Albums by indieshins
The comment section on this album's YouTube video is hilarious and accurate at the same time. Just like this colossally artistic, everlasting, colorful, experimentally dense record. Wanna my all time favorites.
I actually took to this the very first listen, not having heard all the controversy. But I must say, the cover did clue me in to the fact I'd be listening to something very unusual.
I think my reaction to this album is backwards most people. I thought this was brilliant the first time I heard it, so I repeat listened to it over and over hoping to unlock all its mysteries, and it all sounds like rubbish to me anymore.
Maybe one day, its brilliance will return to me. _________________ follow me on the bandcamp.
