Hmm... The Listening... pretty much everything by Edith Piaf... the first Beatles albums... various Beach Boys records... Lady Gaga's "The Fame"...

The Kinks and Blur aren't quite the same pop, more rock and britpop respectively.
Thriller is more bubblegum-esque territory.

Weeeeell, if we're gonna digress into all the subgenres of pop and stuff that's poppy enough, then there is a LOT of pop albums better than Thriller, and much too many to list.

The Fame has nothing on Thriller.
However, some better pop albums are: Penthouse And Pavement - Heaven 17
Post - Bjork (though stretching the boundaries a bit on pop albums, not sure if you can count stuff like Enjoy and Army Of Me as pop songs)

Edith Piaf ... NO, some Piaf's songs are brilliant, but no great comparable album to Thriller
first Beatles .. NO, what's that anyways
