That Soulja Boy track at #25 is an absolute mystery, it's far from his best song this year (2010 was a better year for him, anyway), and Super Bass at #4 is skewing that song way, way too high (in fact, #25 would be a better fit). Otherwise, par for the course for a Pitchfork list, though I also never understood the big deal about "212," they also had some really good choices at the top with "Kaputt," "The Morning," and of course, "Midnight City."

they're 2 of the best albums of the year  also why would you be upset if an okay remix album didn't make the 50?

I'm ok with the list, lot of questionable stuff I don't necessarily like, but a lot of really good stuff too that you probably won't see on any other year end lists.

I don't understand the appeal of that EMA song at all though
