"Единая Россия" ("United Russia") is the title of the leading political party in Russia. During the voting day there was COUNTLESS cases of falsification of ballots and even of a throw fake ballots. The "cheating" was so clear, that it made people laugh (In some regions of the country the number of voters was more than 100%!!)
That is why nowaday there is often a joke in the form of adding one more version of "United Russia" (as in the ballot) at the end of the different questionnaires
