Used CDs, 6 for €5, local charity shop:

Vespertine by Björk

The only Björk LP in her 1993 - 2004 span that I didn't own in CD format yet. Done.

Vingt à Trente Mille Jours by Françoiz Breut

Excellent chanson.

It's hit or miss between me and Seu Jorge tbh. But I'm willing so hey.

Quite liked Baayo (and Mii Yeewnii very much, but it's not represented on this CD), so this compy should appeal to me.

El Oso by Soul Coughing

Cool

Perrault's Sleeping Beauty told by 60s French actor Philipe to the music of Vivaldi. How gorgeous.

Love me a record fair:

Ramones by Ramones

UK 1st, practically mint. Upgrading the repress I bought back a year ago when I thought my local record shop was going to close down (thankfully it's still going strong)

Roast Fish Collie Weed & Corn Bread...uot; Perry

Early JA press, immaculate

Here Come The Warm Jets by Brian Eno

UK 1st, original Island inner bag. Spine's a bit beaten up but bargain for a tenner

The Curse Of Zounds by Zounds

UK 1st on Rough Trade for a fiver. Geezer also had 2 Crass LPs and a copy of Loveless he wanted £150 for. Yeah right

The Hangman's Beautiful Daughter by The...tring Band

US 1st with lyric sheet.

Super Discount 2 by Étienne De Crécy

RSD press from last year, unopened and being flogged on the cheap

And through the post in the last couple of days:

Betty Davis by Betty Davis

Don't tell Anti Vol.1 - this is the Vinyl Me, Please press which some Scottish lassie who's obviously a subscriber didn't want.

Lost In A Sea Of Trees by Wanderwelle

Don't tell Anti Vol.2 - managed to snag the green pressing

Hunting season's almost done, these are probably the last of the used CDs I'll get before a while. There goes:

An Awesome Wave by ∆ (alt-j)

For a present to a lady who loves them.

Volta by Björk

That Björk CD LPs collec is beginning to look good.

Really by J. J. Cale

Not a lot of used Cale CDs travelling by, happy with this one.

Standing On A Beach - The Singles by The Cure

which in CD format is actually called Staring at the Sea.

Pocket Revolution by dEUS

Belgian rock outfit that's good.

The Doors by The Doors

Actaully didn't have it under any format.

On a hunch.

Blue Lines by Massive Attack

Used to own it, but left it to my ex. That mistake has just been repaired.

Portishead by Portishead

Used to own it, but left it to my ex. That mistake has just been repaired.

Roseland NYC Live by Portishead

Didn't have this one though. Probs on of the only live albums I can take, quite spectacular.

Transformer by Lou Reed

Had this on cassette.

The Velvet Underground And Nico by The ...d And Nico

And this as well. Only one I didn't have on CD except Squeeze that I don't intend to purchase anyway.

On a hunch, and because I like the only Wrühme album I know very much (it's called Thora Vukk and is very good). Minimal techno from Germany.

Enter The Wu-Tang (36 Chambers) by Wu-Tang Clan

Oddly enough didn't have this on CD, now done.

Finally completed my 1970's/80's Kate Bush vinyl collection with The Dreaming, which popped up at my local record store. My favourite album of her so it was about time I found it. They've yet to be repressed so I've picked up whatever I could find in stores. Can't buy on Discogs and eBay yet Crying or Very sad But it's kinda fun hunting for them too TBH.
