Bargains galore:

Smash Hits by The Jimi Hendrix Experience

The Dreaming by Kate Bush

Never For Ever by Kate Bush

Lionheart by Kate Bush

All original UK presses from a second hand record shop on Hayling Island for £1 each

Takk... by Sigur Rós

Just picked up from a guy who advertised this on eBay sealed for £80, 2009 DMM edition. Negotiated to buy it off-line for £50 and that I'd collect it to save him posting it. Except when I went to pick it up it had obviously been played. Told him I only wanted a new one and offered him a tenner for it, which amazingly he accepted. Thing weighs a ton

More of the black stuff, courtesy of a local record fair:

Electric Ladyland by The Jimi Hendrix Experience

The Boy With The Arab Strap by Belle And Sebastian

2010s represses, tenner each

Songs From A Room by Leonard Cohen

UK original for £3

Plus a Joey Negro electro compy and an original and sealed 60s copy of this through the post, which I'm digging in a big way at the moment:

The Joys Of Life by Karen Beth

Bargain hunting for CDs in the charity shops today. Got these for 50p each:

Hope Chest: The Fredonia Recordings 198...00 Maniacs

The Wishing Chair by 10,000 Maniacs

Forever Delayed by Manic Street Preachers

The Queen Is Dead by The Smiths

Plus

Sham 69 - The Very Best of the Hersham Boys

While My Guitar Gently Weeps (a guitar Gods compilation by Universal)

Not bad for £3.00!
Was especially pleased with Queen is Dead for 50p. I can sell it, keep it as a spare or give it to a friend to convert them to The Smiths
