This one's in a couple of yours charts, Hayden.

There's a good portion of that chart that appears on some of mine Laughing

Clube Da Esquina is coming to mind... but aren't 1st presses of that album almost impossible to prove? I remember reading a while back someone saying you're better off getting more recent presses. I think the handful of early pressing don't have any indications to dates and whatnot. That might have been wrong of course. (Unrelated, but digging in Brazil would be amazing).

That'd be a last guess Think Cause copies of Backwash are pretty easy to come by.

Nice one Poirot.

I've already got Backwash and Clube Da Esquina (the latter a repress on (ssssshhh, don't tell anyone) 4MWB). I think the hardest ones I've still got left to get (bar DM) from the 101-200 are likely going to be Emmerdale which has never had a vinyl issue, Nine Times The Same Song (which is on eBay as I speak going for an OK price, but reckon I can get it for less) or a first press of either Parklife or #1 Record - got pretty much the rest of it on wax in one way, shape or form.

Think I need to give it a listen (should this new Sun Kil Moon album ever end that is, I'm beginning to fear it never will!!!) Something tells me it's an album I should already know and love but has somehow slipped through the radar.

Seriously, turn off ol' grumpy chops Kozelek and stick on the best thing to come out of Cambridge since the M11. As a Sarah fan you'll adore it.

How did I miss that. Neutral I sped through your chart so fast that I thought the cover was of Playing It Cool & Playing It Right for some reason.

But either way, that's a pretty awesome find. Hoping for the best on the price Smile

Knew you would... speaking of which...

Demonstration Tapes by Dolly Mixture

YES YES YES!!! My negotiation skills managed to knock this down to £65 (around half of average Discogs price) - still more than I've ever spent on a record, but it's pristine, insert's there and all-in-all I'm (rather aptly) feeling like a kid in a sweet-shop. Even more so because the below plopped through my rather large letterbox earlier:

Skylarking by Horace Andy

Continuing my voyage into all things Studio One (got a chart full of it, don't you know?)

King Tubby's Prophesy Of Dub by Yabby U

Blood and Fire press - the original goes for £100s.

Nice one Jim...always a great feeling when you bag a long term want. How many in your collection now? You'll be hitting 4 figures by the end of the year at the rate you're going!!!
