Just back from Portobello Road/Notting Hill on one of my usual Sunday jaunts. Passed up on a couple of things (a test press of The Field Mice's Coastal for £50 - was sorely tempted, and a copy of Music For Films) but instead picked up:

Young Prayer by Panda Bear

Call The Doctor by Sleater-Kinney

Both represses, both found in a bargain bin by the front door of Rough Trade

Ska Authentic Vol.1 by The Skatalites

Thumbnail. Click to enlarge.

Street Sounds Electro 4 by Various Artists

Both second hand from Music and Tape Exchange on Notting Hill Gate, the latter for a quid

Future Days by Can

From Honest Jon's, along with a Studio One Showcase compy with a couple of killer Jackie Mittoo tracks on it

Always good when stuff off Sarah Records gets reissued on vinyl as the original singles often cost far too much. Will someone now please reissue The Sea Urchins - Stardust, Another Sunny Day - London Weekend and The Field Mice - Coastal!
