Charity shops (goodwill to you folks in the US) used to be treasure troves for record junkies back in the day. I've picked up some corkers over the years - probably my standout being my first UK press of Talk Talk's Spirit Of Eden - but these days they're just full of easy listening and classical LPs. So imagine my surprise when I plucked this out of the basket at the Cats Defense League shop in Cheam:
1st UK mono press on CBS, 1-A1/1-B1 matrices, walking eye label, nothing more than a handful of superficial hairlines, plays like a dream. £1.99 well spent - question is, bearing in mind I've got some bog-standard reissue do I flog it or keep it? Decisions... _________________ 'Reggae' & t'ing Folk 'n Stuff SHAMELESS RECORD DEALER PLUG
