Sadly...
This match doesn't do the tournament justice. Neither are very appealing. Breakfast In America is a bit wittier I guess...Still really dated looking though.

Ok, I'd like to motivate my nomination.
As you can see, it' was released in 2001.
To me, this album cover (along with the content of the album), is the perfect tribute to the psychedelic era.
Yes, it's somehow riddiccoulous, but that's the whole point.
It's made with so much love for that perticular era of great music, that it genuinely warms my heart to see (and listen to) it.
But I may have made the mistake that I have accused others of making: to nominate an album for personal reasons rather than strictly aesthetical.
Oh, and Gandalf is awesome. I hate you for voting it out.

When you look carefully at the Supertramp cover. You can see that the buildings are made out of things from a cafe.

I voted for breakfast in America because the waitress looks slightly manic and they make better use of the colour orange than some album covers I could mention....
