I use to hate this album and the band that created it. Nowadays, I still hate the album, but the band as a whole is alright. "Eulogy" is an extraordinary song.

I like Aenima more, but there's nothing wrong with this one either. Lateralus and Schism are my fav tracks

Transcendent is a definition I fully agree with to describe this album. Case in point.

How does a single good song out of thirteen warrant a 60% rating? Unless the song was so long it lasted 60 percent of the album, but simple math suggests 1/13 is 7.69%. But considering the song is 8:46 in length compared to the album's total of 78:51, I suppose the song actually makes up 11.1% of the album.

Different rating criteria.

Personally I rate the album with a 60/100 if it's an average one throughout or if it has maybe a couple of good songs with a couple of bad ones. (Basically: "average" = a letter grade "C" = "three stars out of five" = 60/100, ...)

I know that, I was pullin' his leg. It's just... well, if 1 good song equals a 60 is 2 good songs a 65? At that rate, you could have 4 bad songs left and it could be a perfect 100! Very Happy
