Incredible album

I believe "sophisticated" is the buzz word for this album?

Really love this album too. A great album to play along with for a young guitarist who just wants something to jam with. It is sophisticated as Pam said, but without being pretentious or overbearing. The title track is spectacular, I've always been very fond of Prove It too.

F R I C T I O N is really an underrated track on this masterpiece. I rarely read anything about it. It's witty and full of hooks.

This album finally clicked with me (on third listen or so) Very Happy

The title track has become one of my favourite songs of all time. Cool See No Evil, Friction & Elevation are also great.

90/100

I haven't heard any other Television albums Think They had 4 or 5, right? Anybody recommend one in particular? They don't seem to have much acclaim.

Their second, Adventure, is good, but nowhere near as good as this (not easy, mind you). It's got this little beauty :

My favourite Television song. The guitar melody is incredible.

I don't know their third album, but the fourth, when Television came back in 1992, is excellent. So I'd say :

Marquee Moon > Television > Adventure.

Marquee Moon is a masterpiece. My favourite song off it is "Venus".

No words to describe this album, each single note is just what it should've been. i just don't get why this is not in the top 20 at least.
