^^^ I started dieting on June 1st of last year. I was 240 then. At the end of this past March, I was at 150 which so far has been my lowest point. I am now around 185. Hopefully I will someday be at 150 again if I can't fall any farther.

At the beginning of this whole covid thing I was doing alright, but during the summer I really got into some bad eating habits and just kind of lying around. Hopefully I'll get back on it myself.
This may sound weird, but going back to how things were before a diet for a little bit is a good thing as long as its done at the right time. Earlier this month, I took a whole week off because my weight wasn't dropping any further and that week off was from both the healthy eating and the exercising. In order for those two things to regain the ability that you want them to have which is of course to help you lose whatever weight you are wanting to get rid of, re-visiting your old lifestyle must happen and for a thorough enough amount of time. One day only will not be enough.
