Wow, another chart of mine. Still not perfect (nothing is), but with over 700 albums listened to from the 2000s, might not change as much as the other charts.

Good chart. I see radiohead was an influence? Razz Haven't heard of a few of these...

(700? i just finished reviewing every year of the 00s at about 1800-ish albums total, and that's not counting the albums i didn't like and promptly sold used and/or deleted.)

In response to Jhereko's Hell No list:

19. Universes by Birds Of Tokyo (2008) - got obsessed with this album when it first came out and I hear it in its entirety at home a lot (wife loves them too)

24. In This Light And On This Evening by Editors (2009) - really grew on me this one. Editors sounded like Joy Division, Interpol etc and this took a more New Order vibe with it.

31. Employment by Kaiser Chiefs (2005) - this is possible to fall a little; some tracks are grating on me.

43. Desert Lights by Something For Kate (2006) - love SFK and there are only two tracks (Statues and This Is The Life For Me) that I really don't like.

60. Watching Angels Mend by Alex Lloyd (2001) - one of the first albums I bought and listened to on repeat. Still holds a place with me as an example of what Alex should have been doing.

64. The Resistance by Muse (2009) - love Muse as well. I know the album was infiltrated by Twilight and mass exposure after BH&R's success. The Depeche Mode-inspired Undisclosed Desires and the heavy Queen influence on the album makes this album better live.
