Yeah, I think the best 'all time' would either be Surfer Rosa/ Doolittle or If You're Feeling Sinister/ Tigermilk.
Maybe Weezer/Pinkerton (if that counts as indie).

Dunno, I'd probably count the Pixies as more indie rock/alt. rock than indie pop. And Weezer as power pop. Meh, it's splitting hairs.

Yeah, I was wondering if this poll was only for people 25 and under and/or with a short memory.
As mentioned, definitely Belle and Sebastian are major contenders for this crown:
