Tough one,I like 'Oracular Spectacular' and 'Vampire Weekend' end hugely,but I prefer 'Congratulations' to 'Contra',so MGMT it is.Although 'Congratulations' is a slap in the face to pop music if you ask me.

At this point any year not already chosen from 1948 onward, though '36 and '40 could be a possibility Think (the Robert Johnson and Woody Guthrie recordings)
