Germany and Belgium both underperformed, lets be honest.

Considering our opening two games were against Liverpool and Spurs, to have 4 points on the board is pretty impressive.

Played well against sides who opened up against them, were painfully lost otherwise. Maybe some bad luck vs Wales, but they were still a weaker team on the day.
Best teams in the tournament for me were Germany and Italy, but such is tournament football.
Germany weren't as strong in the attack as they were in 2014, but improved throghout the tournament. But you know, some bad luck with injuries and one or two silly mistakes against a weaker team, and you're out.
Italy making the best out of the squad they had, only to be let down by some of the most ridiculous penalty taking I've seen in a while.
Croatia playing well and losing the way only they can. Spain showing why they need some changes in their whole system. France improving throughout the tournament, but ultimately still disappointing (particularly some players like Pogba). But also a bit of bad luck in the end...
Smaller teams impressing but ultimately showing their limitations (Wales, Iceland, Hungary).
And there's Portugal, who were mediocre at best, then played two solid matches in the whole tournament and ended up winning.
Also, goal of the tournament from Shaqiri...
So what now, I kinda feel like watching some football after years of not really caring that much about it. When do the big leagues start? Premier league should be fun with Conte, Guardiola, Mourinho, Klopp all managing top teams. Will Leicester retain Mahrez?

West Ham = poop.
I hate them.
Anyone want a free jersey? Maybe two? I have a couple scarves as well... _________________ Finnegan was super bad-ass.

Having mixed feelings about Mourinho coming back to Stamford Bridge.
Did great things but definitely wore out his welcome. Obviously want him to lose on Sunday, but more in terms of what I hope the fan reception for him is and how I feel about him beyond the match.

EPL 2017 Bold & Ignorant Prediction:
1. Man City
2. Man U
3. Liverpool
4. Arse
5. Tottenham
6. Chelsea (partly cause I hate them, partly because I see a repeat of their 10th place 2015/16 title defense - what did they do this offseason?)
7. Everton (too good for rest of league, can't catch big 6)
8. West Ham (but lets be real - they could be 15th too. I'm blinded by homerism)
9. Southampton
10. Leicester
11. WBrom
12. Bournemouth
13. Newcastle
14. Palace
15. Brighton
16. Stoke
17. Burnley
18. Watford
19. Swansea
20. Huddersfield
Thoughts?
