Not too happy with this one. At least we'll be playing Canada, that'll be fun (but not simple).

Haven't post in this thread in a while, but I just want to say this is the first time I've ever truly been following team Canada, and I'm very proud that we made it this year. Phenomenal work from the squad. (Top of the group! Insanity!). We've played easy-ish teams so far, and I would be lying if I said I think we'll box our way out of that group, but this is the first time in my lifetime Canada's gone to the World Cup, and seeing the 'soccer wave' in Canada right now is quite a connecting moment. The fact we made it at all is win enough.

But... I mean... maybe we'll beat Morocco? Laughing

I fear Belgium.

Being said— put some snow on the pitch and dial the temp to -25C, we'd walk away with the cup.

Don't sleep on Canada. Like Hayden, my expectations are tempered, but this team isn't a fluke. They've got some top-end talent, are well coached, and run like deer. Belgium is a force, but maybe we can beat Morocco and frustrate the Croats...?

I'm super stoked for November's World Cup. (Despite the dubious behaviour of the hosts). I'll be rooting for Canada, England, and Denmark, but I always support Mexico as well (can you imagine how crazy it would be there if they won?). Without Italy, the only team I see actively rooting against is USA (and maybe France because they won last time)

This wasn't a bad guess, got the top 3 and the bottom 2 right (in reverse order, but they were by far the worst teams in the league). Wasn't too high on United and they still underperformed Laughing Funny to think people were putting them in the title race. Leicester had some injuries, Arsenal was better under Arteta than expected and the Spurs got Conte. Everton continue to be terrible, Leeds weren't good either and Brighton managed to have a solid season under Potter, much better than I anticipated.

This season:
1. Man City
2. Liverpool
3. Tottenham
4. Chelsea
5. Arsenal
6. Man Utd
7. West Ham
8. Newcastle
9. Leicester
10. Wolves
11. Brighton
12. Aston Villa
13. Crystal Palace
14. Everton
15. Nott'm Forrest
16. Brentford
17. Leeds
18. Southampton
19. Bournemouth
20. Fulham

Agree that Forest look pretty good. At least safe from relegation, there's plenty of bad teams this season.
