I like "Maxwell's Silver Hammer." "Baby Driver" by Simon and Garfunkel makes me very happy. It's so bubbly and poppy, and they both sound like they're teenagers.
"Here Today" by the Beach Boys also makes me very happy. Whenever I listen to it my brain hears the "a brand new love affair is such a beautiful thing," and tries to block out the "if you're not careful think about the pain it can bring" line that follows.

Donovan - Car Car (Riding In My Car) from 1965 always makes me and my friend smile whenever i play it. You'll probably recognise it from a car advert _________________ My idols: Bob Dylan, John Lennon, Marc Bolan.

I've come back around to listening to Flamiong Lips' Soft Bulletin and Yoshimi Battles the Pink Robots, pretty happy music. But you can't beat early poppy Betales or Beach Boys; I think Flaming Lips are close behind though
