I worked at an unfortunately busy gas station, a number of the customers smelled like pot (and other stuff). Got time and a half. Don't celebrate christmas but I guess it was a decent, non-magical time today.

and im sorry Revolver, that's tough, just remember college return awaits Razz

Two sets of new drum heads, couple of sets of strings, drumsticks and a 1GB USB stick (wtf?). We do a secret Santa thing, so I don't really get too many presents. I didn't really NEED anything, so I don't mind.

It would sure be cool if my family knew my musical tastes enough to give me vinyls or CDs. Apparently all I listen to is "those weird noises."

You should write a 'Santa list' with all the CDs and vinyls you would like to get. I told my cousin who lives in the UK to get me CDs I would like to have, this is the best way to get presents Very Happy Very Happy Very Happy

My mom had to ask my dad what my tastes in music and liquor were for Christmas, which I found kinda offensive.

I got some new clothes and a new CD, "Dead Ends" by the danish band The Rumour Said Fire, which upon first listen is now on top of my 2012 list where it'll stay at probably forever. I also got some other quite irrelevant stuff. Oh, and two tickets for a Beatles concert/show! We were only 7 people at Christmas dinner, but not a bad Christmas at all. Smile

Just thought of one thing. How many of you open presents Christmas morning the 25th? We open Christmas presents Christmas evening the 24th here in Denmark.

At least she knows you enjoy music and alcohol in general.

My favorite gift this year was Shields on Vinyl.
