Ever since I first laid eyes on BEA I discovered many artists because of the site. Here are the artists I did not know and that I have discovered or given a second chance thanks to BEA and that are now among my top/favorite bands

Two huge standouts

Talk Talk/Mark Hollis - just by sheer curiosity and number of attention on the site
Foetus/JG Thirlwell etc. - curiosity again and doing my own research before tackling Thirlwell's extensive work.
