Why not show a little love for the ladies? And no one can deny their contributions to music.

Love this album. Debbie Harry can do the soft vocals, but she can also really push her voice that gets a really nice edge to it.

Also:

This. One of the best grunge albums.

I can think of a few more, but I'm sure someone else will bring them up.

Don't forget Heart. My mom's fave band, and obviously because of their vocals. Who knew women would do that well in rock? Ever hear their radio documentary on Dreamboat Annie? Good documentary.

Ah you beat me to it! Amber Coffman is a goddess (she was my avatar for a while, actually, before you joined I think). I saw them live at the 9:30 Club (in DC) this past summer! She looks even better in person, and does a dance! Great stuff.

But yeah, I'm going to add Victoria Legrand of Beach House!

Any love for The Cranberries or Nightwish?
Alright I was waiting to see if anyone else would post it but:

Stevie Nicks Christine McVie

Anyone heard this masterpiece yet? It'll probably find its way on my chart soon.
