Ehh probably not. There will might another guy or girl that might be using this style in the future. Plus I feel like emo rap will still thrive.

This is on the veeeerrrge of 'music', but Phil Elverum married Michelle Williams, which spawns a whole bunch of emotions. Two people who have had really tragic relationships. Good for them though I suppose.

Let's see how Phil's next album goes.

Oh that's crazy.

I hate to impose my own totally ignorant viewpoint, as I know nothing about grief, but does this seem soon? I recall someone telling me it takes, on average, 7 years to fully process someone close to us dieing. Could be made up.

I've no doubt Phil probably found a great deal of comfort in sharing what he's been going through with someone who completely understands. Hope the best for them.

I'll be honest, I haven't enjoyed his latest outputs, but it seems like this has probably put him in a better place, so I look forward to future projects.
