well Norman, the first thing i can see wrong is that you have a 'nature doctor'... im sure this 'nature doctor' is compensated for his expert advise by your good self one way or another so he has incentive to obscure the truth about garlic and prolong your flu or convince you to buy a truck load of garlic. you then will find out he owns a vege store and he will be willing to give you a good price on 12tonnes of garlic...
anyway after rethinking my previous comment, maybe try transferring your flu to someone else.. it may not get rid of your flu but atleast you can enjoy the suffering of others - i think the saying goes like "if i'm going down, you are going down with me." The flu may feel like hell, but atleast you will have some company
and your 'nature doctor' will be the perfect transferee... not only will you get your revenge on that expensive garlic he sold you by seeing him suffer at the hands of your flu, but if he really knows his stuff you can see what he does to cure his flu... then you have your solution

I don't have a 'nature doctor'. It was ironic. But with my average mastering of English, it's often hit or miss. Whereas you handle that beautifully, you're not really advising me to pass my flu on, am I right ?

I've never heard of the garlic, but if you do try it raw make sure to let it sit out. I know one time I ate a clove of raw garlic (I love garlic so much) and it closed up my throat for a couple minutes.
If you have the energy (listen to some energetic music while doing it) a 30 minute run will actually boost your immune system; if you're athletic try 45 minutes. Just make sure to eat within 15 minutes after the run, and preferably fruit for the vitamin C; any fruit will do. Also, since you're quarantined you might as well sleep a hell of alot, and if you can't sleep than take some drugs to make you sleep (soma in France?). So, sleep/exercise/fruit to make you healthy.
While your sick though, I think you might be looking for chill music but stimulating music as well. Try out these...
Public Image Ltd.- Metal Box (Second Edition)
Wire-Chairs Missing
Wire-154
Jane's Addiction-Ritual de lo Habitual (the last 4 songs)
Radiohead- Kid A
The Velvet Underground-The Velvet Underground
Arcade Fire-Funeral
The National-The Boxer
Grizzly Bear-Veckatimest
(I've only been getting into 00s music beyond the White Stripes and Yeah Yeah Yeahs in the past couple weeks and I've found that its pretty chill and still good)
