Ambitious attempt for a pop punk band to transform themselves into a modern day version of The Who. Unfortunately, it's just not very good.

If it breaks the top 100 it may be the lowest rated album in the top 100

That would be sad. This album doesn't belong in the top 1,000

It's been on and off my chart. It's pretty good in places, but certainly has a handful of tracks that really bring it down.

This is the first album I ever bought with my own money. I know everyone else here seems to not like this album, and that's fine. To me, this is one of the best albums I've ever heard. It's cohesive, smart, well written pop-punk music. The concept still holds up, and the themes and ideas that are here are well executed. This has a special place in my heart as one of my most favorite records.

Track picks
2. Jesus of Suburbia
3. Holiday
7. Give Me Novocaine
10. Letterbomb
13. Whatsername

I understand completely. You have a deep personal connection to the album. I have a few albums like that too. Dookie actually being one of them.
