i've mostly been listening to post-punk lately, so i made a post-punk chart.
the fine line between what is and isn't post-punk likely gets crossed a few times, so think of this as a mix of new wave, punk, ethereal, and post-punk with a heavy emphasis on post-punk. also of note, a lot of these are a bit more on the obscure side. i don't mean to be "hipster" or whatever, but i find i enjoy things more when i have zero expectations going in than walking into a hypewave... never been able to pin that one down. _________________ follow me on the bandcamp.
After going through and making all my year charts for this decade (which are all live and open for the public), I just put together my 2010 Decade Chart. See it here: https://www.besteveralbums.com/thechart.php?c=54301
Finally came back to clean up my overall chart. The order is about right, the actual writeups are garbo, but hopefully having it public will pressure me into writing more in depth and better things soon.
