I find this album very inconsistent, but it's certainly worth talking about just for having the brilliant "Bell Bottom Blues"

Not a bad blues-rock affair, but I feel it doesn't excite me or anything.

One of the most accurately titled albums of all time. You have Bell Bottom Blues, a whole bunch of junk, and then the magnificent, brilliant, Layla. A failure as a double album, might have been much better if 'Derek' had edited it down to two sides instead of four.

Layla, the song, is amazing though.

Wooh I just listened to this earlier today.

The first 5 or 6 tracks are absolutely fantastic, and then aside from "Layla" the rest is meh.

Aww man I think this was in my top 10 when I first joined BEA! It's gone down a lot since then, but I still love it. I'l have to revisit this soon. I have to be in the mood for crying though, because "Bell Bottom Blues" will make it happen.

I've always liked the album. It's never been anything too special to me, naturally I love "Layla" and "Bell Bottom Blues", and honestly, the cover of "Little Wing" is pretty good too. It's an enjoyable album for sure.
