Hi Guys.
As you see the topic title , you may guess that this topic is about Radiohead. But I'm deeply feeling some problems with them in the last days.So many people find Radiohead depressing.I think they are.
But Their music is just so beautiful that ... you get lost in.I really don't know why.I feel good and sad about radiohead.I doubt if i really should listen to them.I've been feeling some problems these days.I needed hope.and Radiohead was just so ... empty!no hope ! nothing.
I re-listened yoshimi by flaming lips and it was so hopeful.so 2 Qs !
1)what do you think about the depressing radiohead?how do you feel about them?
2)Would you please suggest some albums that can help me or any other radiohead fan that needs hope(lol!!!)?!

BEA needs some alcoholics. The forum would be fun as fuck.

Anyway to answer Q2 I'd recommend The Kinks - Village Green and The Unicorns - Who Will Cut Our Hair When We're Gone?

I just thought your thread was a little all over the place... you know, the alcoholic way of thinking! Laughing

To answer your question: No, I don't have any Radiohead fans that need hope.

I don't what kind of music you're in for. Just listened to Vampire Weekend earlier today, very upbeat and festive. If you want the opposite of hopeful, maybe try something instrumental like Godspeed You! Black Emperor and their album Yanqui U.X.O.. But again, whatever you're looking wasn't very specific in your first post.
