Here are mine:
*Anything by Weird Al
*Nine Inch Elvis (songs from the King with an industrial sound)
*Sesame Street Platinum Hits
*Inspiration-William Hung (as I've said before, this may be the worst album EVER)
*Beatalica-Masterful Mystery Tour
*Dr. Elmo-Grandma Got Run Over by a Reindeer
*The Fred Christmas EP
*Hip Hop Harry-Jammy Jams
*Barney Rocks!

Have I beaten everyone else in my novelty records collection, or is there someone with more favorites?

William Shatner- The Transformed Man
Charles Manson LIE: The Love and Terror Cult
Shaggs- Philosophy of the World
Ivor Cutler- Velvet Donkey
Lord Buckley- Bad Rapping of the Marquis de Sade
Wesley Willis- Greatest Hits Volume II
Negativland- Over the Edge. Volume 4. Dick Vaughn's Moribund Music of the 70's
A Reggae Tribute to Bob Dylan: Is It Rolling Bob?
The Residents- The King and Eye
Rick Wakeman- Journey to the Centre of the Earth (questionable, but its so ridiculous and over the top I consider it novelty)

I was at this Iron Maiden concert last year and while standing there waiting for the supporting act to come on they kept playing this record over and over. It was some bluegrass band doing nothing but covers of AC/DC songs, pure uptempo bluegrass style. No idea what the band was and I haven't been able to track it down. I bet it's one of those that turn out a disappointment when you actually get hold of it, but I'd sure like to find out who it was.

Gotta be 'Trout Mask Replica' by Captain Beefheart. Words cannot describe it... well okay maybe three words: Fast and bulbous!!!
Runner up is 'On the Sunday of Life' by Steven Wilson, under the guise of 'The Porcupine Tree' (an imaginary prog band that eventually became a real prog band, and a great one at that!).

I consider the Cramps to be a novelty act, and damn good at it too. Cramps-Songs the Lord Taught Us is their best if you guys want to check them out; they're a supersexual, gothic, grotesque surf/rockabilly-punk thing that you have to be in the mood to listen to.

That's a tough one. Personally I think a novelty record should have no real value beyond its "novelty". The Cramps have made some fucking great albums that happen to be in that strange, creepy, rockabilly style. Same goes for Captain Beefheart, not like Trout Mask was a one-off with no redeeming qualities beyond it's strangeness, like say The Shaggs or Metal Machine Music
