Get rid of these Beach Boys, Costello and Violent Femmes, put Reflektor and more National and it's perfect.

This is just a list of recent American music clearly inspired by Pitchfork! Have you never heard any British or European music? Try listening to some of the great post-punk bands like New Order and The Smiths that have influenced the likes of Arcade Fire. Much as I like bands like Deerhunter, I couldn't possibly take this chart seriously as a greatest ever albums list!
