So in the Led Zeppelin IV passes The White Album topic I wrote that I decided in September to listen to the BEA Overall Chart albums in order (maybe not all of them but a couple of hundreds for sure). I just decided to do it because I have very little knowledge of many great albums and artists from different decades, and I want to discover more genres, artists and albums so maybe it is a good first step to do it.
I listen to one album a day, and because of this reason I check the Overall Chart if it changed since I last listened to an album.
Listmeister wrote that it would be ok if I could update the changes on the chart. So in this thread I'll mark the albums which change their positions. I try to keep it updated daily, or at least a couple of times a week if I'll have the time for it.
I think I'll list only the Top 100 albums, and if I pass the #100 album, then from then I'll check an another hundred of albums.
If anyone wants to participate in this, e.g. to check only 10, 20 or 50 albums a day, please do it. Wink

Nice. Smile Last time I checked the last 50 albums of the top 100, Beggar's Banquet was the 100th (now it's 105th)

Interesting. I can't recall that album ever not being in the top 100, though I guess I don't check that often.

Thank you, Tracy. One pair to keep an eye on is #26. Exile on Main Street, and #27. Blonde on Blonde. They've been flipping back and forth over the last few days, and at the moment they are only separated by 11 points.

Excellent idea! Smile It would be interesting to see in what enters and what leaves the top 100 list. Will count on this thread and you Tracy to keep us informed.

Nice work TracyJacks, this is a really useful thread. As for the top 100, I really wish The Moon & Antarctica were in it again.
